The Lionesses: Took their opportunity to reign supreme in a GU12 festival. Winning 3/4 games and only drawing 2-2 against the Ealing Tigeress Team. From the start Betsy taking control of the team, Leia a driving force in the centre of the field. Martha and Ameela running some good line along the side and up front. Maika delivering some penetrating passes to take Lioness forward. Uma and Edelyn playing a key role in defensive and attacked. Abigail keeping a cool head in goal to shut out any shots. A great performance by all and all smiles...
The Tigresses: The Tigresses really put some brilliant play together. All worked very well as a team. At the back, Betty, Sylvia and Camille were a force to get through, making some key tackles to prevent goals from the opposition. In the middle, Jessica, Eva, Dania and Lilly all put in great performances, breaking lines with some amazing passes and runs. Up front, Evie, with Betty subbing in to make some great penetrating runs working with the midfield. All in all, it was a great performance from all with amazing effort. All should be proud.
