Swing for the Future: The Ealing HC Charity Golf Day Saturday, 5th September 2026 @ Wyke Green Golf Club
Ealing Hockey Club is trading the astro for the fairway for one day only! We are heading to the stunning Wyke Green Golf Club to raise vital funds for Project Club House.
This isn't just about a building; it’s about creating a home for our 500+ members, a hub for the community, and a legacy for the next generation of Ealing athletes. Whether you're a single-handicap pro or a complete novice, come and help us drive this project over the finish line.
We’ve chosen a Texas Scramble format to ensure a fast-paced, inclusive, and social day. In teams of four, everyone hits a tee shot, the best ball is selected, and everyone plays from there. It’s the perfect way to enjoy the course regardless of your skill level!
**Timings are subject to change but not by much**
We are thrilled to announce some of the elite prizes already secured for our winners and auction:
**We need more Prizes - please speak with local business owners**
Ealing HC is a family, and we want everyone involved. If you aren't hitting the links, join us later in the day for the social festivities:

Ealing Hockey Club is a registered charity under the CASC HMRC Rulings. All proceeds from this event go directly to the Project Club House fund.
Under bright, sunny skies, golfers arrived in high spirits, some heading straight for the breakfast rolls, while others made a quick check to ensure their hire buggies were fully charged. A few dedicated souls naturally gravitated to the practice green to hone their touch before teeing off.
At registration, players stocked up on mulligans and grenade vouchers. Once the ground rules were settled, Team Sat got things moving off the first tee at 13:32, followed by Team Ricky at 13:40, with the remaining groups rolling out at steady eight-minute intervals.
By the time everyone gathered back at the clubhouse, the atmosphere was fantastic and the drinks were flowing. Naturally, Jeff took full advantage of the captive audience to work the room and sell a few last-minute raffle tickets!
Competition at the top was fierce, with both Sat Golar and Brad finishing tied on a fantastic score of 39 points. It all came down to a back-six count-back, where Sat’s 16 points just edged out Brad’s 10 to claim the trophy!
A big congratulations to all of our skill prize winners on the day:
Thanks to everyone’s generosity, the raffle raised a brilliant total. A huge congratulations to our main prize winners on the day:
The feedback has been overwhelmingly positive. Given the fantastic turn-out and great company, we are already planning to make this a regular date in the calendar, starting with a Winter 4-Ball event coming soon!
A massive thank you to everyone who came along, played, and helped make it such a memorable day. We raised £2,000 for Project ClubHouse.
See you at the next one!
