Ealing made the perfect start, scoring within the first two minutes. A superb ball from Aaron found Aanay, who quickly slipped it through to James to finish confidently and give Ealing an early 1โ€“0 lead.

Southgate reacted immediately from the restart. Both sides showing good spells of possession and impressive skill across the pitch.

Southgate earned a short corner which was well saved by debuting GK Kian, but their pressure eventually paid off as they equalised from open play to make it 1โ€“1. Another Southgate short corner was defended strongly by Ealing, but Southgate soon found a second goal from open play to take a 1โ€“2 lead.

The visitors continued to threaten. A powerful shot inside the Ealing D was met with another excellent save from Kian. Two further short corners followed, both defended bravely, with Kian producing a particularly strong stop to deny Southgate again.

Ealing created chances of their own. Taranveer made a driving run from inside the Ealing half into the Southgate D, picking out Aanay, whose shot went wide. Southgate countered with a driving run into the Ealing D but also finished off target.

Aanay turned provider once again in the second half, this time setting up Hassan who finished well to level the game at 2โ€“2.

The match became increasingly end-to-end, with both teams showing determination as opportunities came and went. Ealing missed a great chance in front of goal, and another powerful run from Taranveer ended with Aanay narrowly missing the target.

A key moment came when Ealing were awarded a penalty flick. Bodhi stepped up, but the Southgate goalkeeper made the save to keep the scores level.

James later drove into the Southgate D but saw his effort pass wide. Southgate immediately counterattacked, forcing their way back into the Ealing D, but their shot also drifted wide.

Owen produced a brilliant full-pitch run, beating several defenders, though the move did not result in a goal.

The match closed with further Southgate pressure, including another short corner, rounding off a competitive and closely fought contest between two evenly matched sides. 2-2 ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ™Œ๐Ÿงก
